Often, it feels like this basic programming is working against us. It can make lasting change seem like an impossible goal.
Fortunately, as humans, we have a conscious brain that allows us to rise above the programming of our habit brain. Coaching is how to become of aware of the blind spots and have support while developing new behaviors, and extinguishing the habits that are dragging you down.
My coaching style focuses on creating change at a deeper level and sometimes that means I support clients by showing them how to regulate their nervous system or how to use tapping for calming the fear center of the brain while coaching.
